Operate aboard river vessels supporting safe fueling and supply transfers, including fuel, lubricant, slop, and water operations. Assist with vessel and barge inspections, maintenance, navigation, housekeeping, inventory control, paperwork, and equipment operation involving forklifts and cranes. Follow USCG and company safety procedures, conduct safety activities, and respond to operational risks. The role follows a 10/5 schedule with 12-hour swing shifts and requires living within one hour of Wyatt, Missouri.

Sources, screens, interviews, and communicates with candidates throughout the hiring and onboarding process. Supports hiring managers with decisions and conditional offers, develops talent pipelines through partnerships with schools and community organizations, collaborates on employment branding campaigns, and represents the company at career fairs and community events.

Provides administrative support for a terminal by answering and routing calls, greeting visitors, maintaining files, distributing mail, preparing correspondence and reports, entering data, managing calendars, coordinating meetings and travel, and handling expenses. The role requires Microsoft Office proficiency, strong communication and organization skills, confidentiality, customer service, teamwork, regular attendance, and occasional weekend work.
