Support vessel maintenance and USCG compliance by coordinating repairs, working with vendors and crews, troubleshooting mechanical and electrical systems, managing maintenance records (HELM), controlling repair costs, training junior engineers, and performing periodic vessel visits and on-call support.

Ensure federal, multi-state, and local payroll tax compliance; prepare and file tax returns; perform payroll account reconciliations and journal entries; update PeopleSoft GL and vendor setups; process payroll-related client charges; perform bank reconciliations, W-2 audits, accruals, and assist with payroll calendars and tax inquiries.

Manage and coordinate vessel maintenance, repairs, and vendors to ensure USCG compliance and Ingram standards. Support chief engineers, troubleshoot remotely, maintain maintenance records in HELM, control repair costs, train junior engineers, attend vessel visits, and participate in safety and overhaul meetings.
