The role is fully remote and requires independent pipeline management, strong communication, and prior SDR or BDR experience.

Manage and grow AEC industry customer accounts for a construction project management SaaS platform. Responsibilities include onboarding and configuration guidance, customer education, relationship management, health and retention improvements, business reviews, product adoption, upselling, technical demos, cross-functional collaboration, and project coordination between customers and internal teams.
