Supervise and lead infusion nursing team to ensure safe, high-quality home and ambulatory infusion care. Manage staffing, training, compliance with regulations/accreditation, inventory, EMR documentation, performance monitoring, and collaboration with providers and stakeholders. Provide clinical oversight, mentoring, and occasional direct patient care as needed.

Provides infusion therapy nursing: assesses patients, places and monitors IVs, administers antineoplastics, parenteral nutrition and other IV medications, manages complications, documents care, educates patients/caregivers, and collaborates with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.

Provides infusion therapy nursing care—placing and monitoring IVs, administering antineoplastics, parenteral nutrition, IV antibiotics and other meds, performing venipuncture, assessing/reassessing patients across the lifespan, educating patients/caregivers, maintaining aseptic technique and documentation, and coordinating care with physicians and multidisciplinary teams.

Lead and manage all revenue cycle functions—registration, insurance verification, billing, collections, AR, cash application—and supervise revenue cycle staff. Optimize processes, ensure payer compliance, meet KPIs (DSO, AR aging, unbilled, bad debt), collaborate with clinical and finance teams, oversee outsourced partners, and produce financial reporting for leadership.
