Teams at Infusion Solutions Inc.

Lead and manage infusion nursing services including staff recruitment, scheduling, performance management, budgeting, regulatory compliance, quality and patient safety, EMR use, data-driven performance improvement, and occasional direct patient care. Acts as clinical leader in the Director's absence and collaborates across departments and external stakeholders to ensure high-quality home/ambulatory infusion services.

Provides IV infusion therapy across all ages: assesses patients, places and monitors IVs, administers parenteral meds (including chemo and TPN), manages complications, documents care, educates patients/caregivers, and collaborates with interdisciplinary team while maintaining infection control and safety standards.

Manage end-to-end reimbursement tasks including insurance verification, daily billing, denial management, AR documentation, electronic claims submission, and patient benefit communication. Ensure accurate claims, collections, and adherence to payer contracts and fee schedules.
