The Ecosystem Solution Architect will be responsible for developing and maintaining expertise on the latest technologies relating to cloud and blockchain infrastructure. They will support the pre-sales team in delivering production-ready solutions, communicate with open-source software communities, and provide technical deep-dives and training to support sales. The architect will collaborate with the Cloud Infrastructure and Business Development teams to deliver tailored solutions to clients, conduct root cause analyses of technology problems, and drive standardization across the company platform.

Understand and integrate the latest blockchain protocols into InfStones's platform. Work with open-source communities to implement development for blockchain infrastructures. Be the expert on blockchain protocols and enable customers to use InfStones's platform. Work on complex challenges and collaborate with solution architects to turn unique solutions into actionable products.

The DevOps Engineer will play a crucial role in ensuring the reliability, security, and scalability of our infrastructure. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and maintain our DevOps processes and practices.

The Business Operation Generalist will be responsible for educating customers about staking economics, blockchain infrastructure, and utilizing our platform. They will collaborate with various teams to drive business outcomes and improve efficiency. The ideal candidate has a degree in Computer Science, Economics, Finance, or a related field, as well as knowledge and passion for the crypto/blockchain industry.

As a Business Development Specialist, you will be responsible for serving as the expert on staking and infrastructure products, building and maintaining relationships with institutional clients, and providing a best-in-class experience for our clients. You will need a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in an institutional client partner/services/advisory role and a strong knowledge and passion for the crypto/blockchain industry.

Assist in the recruitment process, support onboarding activities, maintain HR records, and assist in document preparation. Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree and have good communication skills.

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, source candidates through various channels, conduct interviews, maintain candidate records, stay informed about industry trends, and recruit for technical and business positions. Must have a Bachelor's degree, 10+ years of experience, strong communication skills, passion for crypto and technology, and be naturally curious.

Act as the market-facing representative of InfStones, demonstrating our capabilities and value to prospects and customers across select verticals including Crypto funds, Blockchain Protocol Foundations, and Asset Managers/Family Offices.
