The Technical Architect (Java) will lead architecture and development of enterprise applications, guiding teams in building cloud-native and microservices solutions while ensuring best practices and mentoring developers.

Define end-to-end P&C claims processes, translate adjuster judgment into codifiable rules and data models, own product backlog and user stories, design rules/workflow logic from scratch, produce BRDs/FRDs and UAT scenarios, validate automated decisions against adjuster judgment, and train/manage change for claims staff.
