Responsibilities include developing project plans and schedules, coordinating labor, subcontractors, equipment, procurement, logistics, and stakeholders, managing risks and issues, conducting site inspections, maintaining documentation, reporting progress, ensuring regulatory compliance, and leading post-project lessons learned.

Hands-on mechanical engineer supporting design, modification, maintenance, and field integration of mechanical, hydraulic, and ground systems for drone-enabled powerline stringing. Work includes CAD-based design, steel fabrication oversight, troubleshooting in field conditions, developing maintenance protocols, supplier coordination, and ensuring safety and operational readiness during deployments.
