Manage daily site administrative and store operations: maintain attendance and records, coordinate logistics and onboarding, control inventory and documentation, support procurement and safety compliance, liaise with vendors/contractors, and prepare periodic reports for management.

The Accounting Manager oversees month-end closes, prepares financial statements, ensures compliance with US GAAP, manages accounts payable/receivable, and leads audit processes. They also optimize accounting procedures and assist in implementing new systems.

The Operational Head will develop a national operations strategy, manage power transmission projects, oversee budgets, and ensure safety compliance, while supporting and mentoring regional managers.
