Leads the design, integration, testing, and deployment of electromechanical payloads for heavy-lift multirotor UAVs. Responsibilities include flight-controller and sensor integration, mechanical and electrical design, SWaP and flight-dynamics management, technical and project leadership, risk mitigation, flight testing, diagnostics, root-cause analysis, and engineering documentation.

Receive and reconcile incoming materials against purchase orders, investigate discrepancies, maintain accurate inventory records, and manage stock levels. Prepare goods receipt notes, stock registers, consumption reports, and variance documentation while following ISO and QHSE standards. Ensure safe, clean storage and monitor tools, equipment, and consumables issued to site teams.

Develop and maintain UAS Ground Control Station software using C++ and JavaScript/React, create Lua flight-control scripts, and integrate ArduPilot and MAVLink systems. Support flight testing, log analysis, debugging, custom firmware builds, and operational troubleshooting. Collaborate with air systems engineering and flight operations teams to deliver reliable software for unmanned aircraft platforms.
