Owns monthly financial reporting for ANZ subsidiaries, including P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, reconciliations, management accounts, variance analysis, BAS and FBT returns. Supports R&D tax claims, budgeting, annual audits, and accurate processing with shared services teams. The role also improves financial processes, adopts AI-driven initiatives, and leads special projects while partnering with FP&A, reporting, management, and external stakeholders.

Manage end-to-end payroll for more than 400 employees across multiple entities, including payroll processing, reconciliations, journals, tax and superannuation compliance, and statutory returns. Administer employee share and equity plans, support financial reporting and audits, resolve payroll queries, maintain accurate records, and improve payroll automation and data security. The role partners closely with Finance, People and Culture, external administrators, and tax advisors.
