Support launch of the Australian edition of UKREiiF through market research, building prospect databases and CRM records, executing outreach and marketing campaigns, supporting sponsorship/exhibitor pipelines, assisting website and campaign reporting, and helping with event programme and speaker research and delivery.

Provide onsite deskside IT support for hardware, software, AV, telephony and connectivity. Manage device builds, onboarding, asset records, ticketing (ITSM), and collaborate with the central Service Desk to resolve or escalate incidents while supporting projects and continuous improvement.

Support the Payroll Manager with end-to-end payroll processing and reconciliation, maintain employee data, administer benefits (pensions, healthcare), coordinate onboarding/offboarding, liaise with in-country providers, support payroll audits and reporting, and provide ad-hoc HR administrative support across multiple regions.
