Infopro Digital, the B2B group specializing in information and technology, is currently looking for a Business Development Executive on a permanent basis to support our Australian business operations based in Sydney.

About the Business

Infopro Digital is a global B2B group with more than 4,000 employees across 26 countries, delivering information, data and technology solutions to professional communities across automotive, risk and insurance, construction, industry and retail.

Our Australian events business is home to AUSREiiF, Australia's major real estate investment and infrastructure forum, bringing together government, investors, developers, infrastructure leaders, professional services and the wider built environment to drive investment, development and regeneration across Australia.

Modelled on the highly successful UKREiiF, AUSREiiF is a three-day festival-style event that brings together the people, projects and investment opportunities shaping Australia's future. The event forms part of Infopro Digital's growing international events portfolio and represents a significant long-term investment in the Australian market.

This is an opportunity to join the business at a pivotal stage of growth and play a central role in building AUSREiiF's commercial success and long-term industry relationships. As part of a small and ambitious team, you will help develop the commercial ecosystem that underpins the event, establish strategic partnerships across the property and infrastructure sectors, and contribute to the continued growth and profile of AUSREiiF across Australia.

What the role involves

This is a great opportunity for an ambitious, commercially minded business development professional looking to help build the commercial ecosystem for AUSREiiF 2027. Reporting to the Head of Events - Australia, you'll work closely with the Head of Australia, Sales & Marketing Coordinator and wider UK team to identify prospects, respond to enquiries, develop opportunities, convert leads and build strong relationships with clients to help them achieve their strategic, commercial and engagement objectives.

You'll gain hands-on exposure across inbound and outbound business development, sponsorship and exhibition sales, lead generation, account management and strategic partnership development. Every partnership is consultative and every proposal will be different, providing the opportunity to engage directly with senior stakeholders across government, property, infrastructure, investment and professional services sectors.

As one of the core members of the Australian team, you'll help shape the commercial proposition, build the pipeline from the ground up and establish the relationships that will underpin the long-term success of AUSREiiF in Australia.

This job is based in our Headquarters in Kingsgrove, Sydney NSW. It is anticipated that after a short period of training, the role will move to a hybrid working environment of 3 days office attendance per week.
