Generate qualified sales meetings by researching target accounts, conducting high-volume outbound outreach through email, phone, social, and video, articulating InfluxDB’s value, and nurturing prospects into qualified leads. The role requires consultative sales ability, strong communication, organization, persistence, technical aptitude, and familiarity with AI-enabled processes. Experience with open-source or SaaS sales, Salesforce, Outreach, remote work, quota attainment, and German or French is advantageous.

Build stakeholder relationships, lead renewal processes, identify expansion opportunities, monitor account health, and collaborate with Sales, Support, and Marketing. The role requires 1–3 years of account management or renewals experience, strong communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote-first environment.

Own the North America commercial territory across new business, renewals, and expansions. Responsibilities include prospecting, full-cycle sales, technical discovery, proof-of-concept coordination, negotiation, account management, renewal forecasting, expansion selling, pipeline development, CRM accuracy, and quota attainment.
