The Director of Finance will lead FP&A, collaborate with leadership on strategic decisions, manage financial operations, and drive insights using AI and analytics.

Early-career role joining EMEA sales engineering to support InfluxDB customers: build demos, POCs, integrations and sample code; answer technical questions; contribute to RFx and content; learn enterprise sales and advocate customer needs to product and engineering teams. Work remotely in the UK with occasional travel.

Manage accounts payable: process vendor invoices and payments (ACH/wire), review employee expenses, handle month-end AP reconciliations and accruals, prepare 1099s, resolve payment issues, and improve AP processes using automation and AI tools.

Lead demand generation strategy and execution across PLG and enterprise funnels. Build and scale multi-channel campaigns and ABX programs, own pipeline targets and budget, manage a small team and agencies, partner cross-functionally, and use AI and automation to boost efficiency and measurement.
