Own the North America commercial territory across new business, renewals, and expansions. Responsibilities include prospecting, full-cycle sales, technical discovery, proof-of-concept coordination, negotiation, account management, renewal forecasting, expansion selling, pipeline development, CRM accuracy, and quota attainment. The role sells InfluxDB to technical buyers across engineering, DevOps, SRE, platform, and IoT teams.

Own automated reliability, regression, correctness, and performance testing for InfluxDB Enterprise 3. Build repeatable test contracts, simulate real-world distributed database workloads, investigate performance variations, identify architectural bottlenecks, and generate reports on latency regressions, data divergence, and resource issues. Collaborate with developers, participate in on-call support, and use Rust, containerization, orchestration, CI/CD, and AI-assisted tools.

The Director of Finance will lead FP&A, collaborate with leadership on strategic decisions, manage financial operations, and drive insights using AI and analytics.

Early-career role joining EMEA sales engineering to support InfluxDB customers: build demos, POCs, integrations and sample code; answer technical questions; contribute to RFx and content; learn enterprise sales and advocate customer needs to product and engineering teams. Work remotely in the UK with occasional travel.
