Provide Tier 2/3 systems administration and technical support for Unix/Windows workstations and servers. Manage network, storage, backups, databases, software upgrades, security compliance (STIG) using tools like Retina and HBSS. Coordinate maintenance, travel to sites, on-call support, and maintain SOPs to ensure system availability and disaster recovery.

Administer and optimize a dedicated high-performance computing cluster, including Linux systems, bare-metal hardware, storage, networking, workload scheduling, and OpenShift container platforms. Configure Run:AI and SLURM for AI/ML workloads, manage InfiniBand GPU networking, automate maintenance with Bash and Python, troubleshoot infrastructure issues, and maintain federal security compliance and system accreditations.

Provides on-site systems administration for a GEOINT exploitation environment. Responsibilities include maintaining servers and systems, managing accounts and documentation, supporting VDI endpoints and virtual machines, packaging and automating software deployments, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, developing testing strategies, supporting backups and recovery, training users, and mentoring junior staff. The role requires collaboration across missions and rapid response to maintain operational uptime and production readiness.
