Quality Engineer responsible for designing and maintaining test plans, regression suites, automation frameworks, and end-to-end tests for a multi-tenant warehouse management platform. The role validates APIs, database behavior, warehouse workflows, module interdependencies, and tenant isolation. Responsibilities include risk-based testing, defect investigation, root cause analysis, test documentation, process improvement, and collaboration with developers, product managers, support teams, and stakeholders in an Agile environment.

Manage and support Oracle, MSSQL, PostgreSQL, and MySQL databases across VMs and cloud (AWS, OCI, Azure). Ensure backups, performance tuning, patching, large-database (>15 TB) operations, monitoring, dashboards, data loading/unloading, SOPs, and project support. Participate in 24x7 on-call rotation and collaborate with development and operations teams to prevent outages and optimize database architectures.

Develop and maintain features across the Essentials product suite (Image K2, Pulse, Ship). Design, implement, and troubleshoot microservices and REST APIs using C#/.NET and TypeScript, work in Agile squads, follow code standards, deliver high-quality, containerized applications, and contribute to process and technical improvements.
