Serve as the servant leader for one or more Scrum teams in a SAFe product development program. Manage Scrum and SAFe ceremonies, coach teams on agile practices, support individual growth, resolve impediments, drive organizational improvements, and help establish a DevOps culture across team boundaries.

Extend and improve speech-understanding documentation platform components within an R&D team. Implement ASR experiments using scripting languages and C/C++ tools, process ASR data, and work with acoustic models, language models, and inverse text normalization. Experience with standard speech recognition toolkits and multilingual ASR systems is preferred. A degree in electrical engineering, computer science, linguistics, or speech recognition is an asset.

Leads testing engagements for Oracle Retail modules, particularly RMS, including test planning, estimation, scenario and case creation, execution, resource management, defect resolution, reporting, metrics tracking, and maintenance of testing documentation. The role is customer-facing and requires coordination with project and senior test managers, strong retail functional knowledge, SQL proficiency, and understanding of application integration layouts.
