Lead Dynamics Business Central implementations: capture requirements, design solutions, direct delivery, manage sprints, handle data migrations and cutovers, provide post-go-live support, run workshops, mentor junior consultants, and maintain client relationships.

Lead end-to-end solution architecture for Dynamics 365 Business Central, defining system boundaries, integrations, non-functional requirements, and governance. Work with senior stakeholders to translate business outcomes into BC-led solution blueprints, support pre-sales, shape estimates, peer-review designs, mentor functional consultants, and maintain change control and architectural standards across complex ERP implementations, especially manufacturing and warehousing.

Lead and transform Dynamics Business Applications sales from product-led to solution/outcome-led. Build and coach a sales team, drive deep discovery with C-level stakeholders, shape and close complex transformation deals, partner with solution architects and delivery to improve win rates and ensure commercially credible, deliverable solutions.

Own and operate the Dynamics 365 CE platform: ensure stability, security and performance; provide first-line user support; manage users, licences and security roles; triage and coordinate changes, releases and partner interactions; maintain data quality and integrations to support reporting, sales and delivery.

Support commercial opportunities and tender processes for Dynamics 365 Business Central. Lead solutioning, prepare and deliver tailored demonstrations, respond to RFPs/RFIs, produce estimates and sales collateral, engage with marketing and the D365 community, and coordinate handovers to delivery teams. Act as a technical pre-sales expert across Dynamics 365 apps.

Drive new business across Dynamics 365 and Power Platform by running consultative, value-based discovery, qualifying opportunities, shaping early solution direction, and owning deals through the full sales cycle while collaborating with presales, solution architects and delivery teams.

Lead Dynamics 365 Business Central implementations from pre-sales to handover: gather requirements, design and configure BC solutions, perform data migration, prototype and test processes, write functional specs, run client workshops, train users, and transition to support teams.
