Own the end-to-end strategy, roadmap, execution, and customer delivery of Infinitus Payor Agents. Diagnose task failures using data, improve routing and fallback logic, manage integrations and data partnerships, define metrics, and partner with engineering to ship reliable AI-powered healthcare workflows. Collaborate across AI platform, operations, enablement, sales, and customer success while supporting pilots, customer engagements, prioritization, and team operating rhythms.

As a Senior Data Analyst, you will analyze complex data, mentor junior analysts, develop AI-based tools, and ensure data integrity while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive insights and strategic decisions.

Serves as a strategic and hands-on HR partner to leaders and managers, providing coaching on performance, employee relations, organizational effectiveness, compensation, talent planning, and workforce decisions. Owns company-wide performance and compensation programs, develops scalable People processes, analyzes employee data, supports compliance and immigration matters, and acts as deputy to the People Lead in a fast-growing AI healthcare company.

The AI Full Stack Engineer will design and build AI-powered healthcare products, oversee backend and frontend development, and influence technical direction in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
