Serves as a strategic and hands-on HR partner to leaders and managers, providing coaching on performance, employee relations, organizational effectiveness, compensation, talent planning, and workforce decisions. Owns company-wide performance and compensation programs, develops scalable People processes, analyzes employee data, supports compliance and immigration matters, and acts as deputy to the People Lead in a fast-growing AI healthcare company.

Own the AI Hub’s vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI-powered specialty pharma patient support. Define AI-human workflows, automation strategy, safety controls, metrics, and customer-facing product capabilities across benefit verification, prior authorization, enrollment, financial assistance, and adherence. Lead cross-functional collaboration across engineering, AI/ML, operations, clinical, compliance, implementation, sales, and customer success while mentoring other product managers and driving measurable patient and customer outcomes.

Own enterprise customer accounts from onboarding through renewal and expansion. Monitor customer health, usage, and outcomes; conduct QBRs; drive adoption and growth; support integrations, workflow design, launches, and training; maintain CRM and billing records; resolve issues cross-functionally; advocate for customers; and build relationships with technical and executive stakeholders.
