Client-facing analytics engineer who builds scalable, automated BI solutions: design ELT pipelines, model and transform data with dbt, write advanced SQL, and deliver dashboards using Tableau/Power BI/Qlik/Looker on cloud platforms (Snowflake/Databricks).

Act as primary client partner for assigned accounts: build relationships, drive renewals, upsells and revenue growth, lead onboarding and strategic planning, coordinate cross-functional delivery, track KPIs (revenue, NPS, forecast accuracy), and produce client-facing insights and artefacts to sustain long-term partnerships and profitability.

Design, develop, test, and maintain production dbt projects and semantic layers. Build analytics marts and metrics for BI consumption. Collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs, implement data quality and governance, optimize cloud warehouse performance, support BI tool integrations, manage Git/CI/CD pipelines, and improve clients' data foundations.

Design and build automated analytics reports and pipelines. Collaborate with internal engineers and client teams to model, transform, test, document, and deploy data using SQL, dbt, ELT patterns, Git, BI tools, and cloud data platforms. Provide client-facing support within distributed, agile teams.

The Solutions Architect leads sales engineering efforts, engages clients, shapes strategies for data and AI solutions, and fosters collaboration across departments.

Build across backend, frontend and IDE extensions using agentic AI tooling, deliver features to spec with tests-first practices, and become the team expert mapping legacy ETL (Informatica/SSIS/Talend/IICS) to modern stacks (dbt, Fivetran, cloud warehouses). Ensure code comprehension, log agent failures, and drive modernisation patterns while meeting throughput and quality KPIs.

Win and grow new enterprise logos by building co-selling relationships with partner field teams, collaborating with solutions architects to craft value-driven proposals, driving deals from prospect to signed SOW, managing a $3M+ book, representing the company at events, and traveling occasionally to client and partner meetings.

As an Analytics BI Engineer, you'll create automated BI solutions from large data sets, using tools like dbt and Looker to support clients in delivering impactful analytics for decision-making.
