Responsibilities include scope, timeline, budget, requirements, stakeholder management, testing, data analysis, risk governance, executive reporting, and Agile or Waterfall delivery. The role bridges business and technical teams, supports client relationships and prospects, mentors delivery teams, manages multiple projects, and drives continuous improvement across fixed-cost and time-and-materials engagements.
