Teams at Infinite Lambda

Act as primary client partner for assigned accounts: build relationships, drive renewals, upsells and revenue growth, lead onboarding and strategic planning, coordinate cross-functional delivery, track KPIs (revenue, NPS, forecast accuracy), and produce client-facing insights and artefacts to sustain long-term partnerships and profitability.

Serve as the data product owner and liaison between client stakeholders and delivery teams. Write and prioritise user stories, manage the backlog, facilitate Agile ceremonies, validate story completion, map data products to sources, ensure data quality and reconciliation within a medallion architecture, and report delivery metrics while supporting account growth.

Lead pre-sales technical engagements, run deep-dive workshops, and shape proposals and account strategies. Influence product roadmaps, define sales-engineering strategy, and collaborate with leadership to expand market presence. Represent the firm externally and support cross-functional delivery planning.
