Own and grow strategic client accounts by building trusted relationships, ensuring successful delivery, driving renewals and upselling, and achieving revenue and profitability targets. Lead account planning, onboarding, client reviews, escalations, forecasting, and cross-functional alignment with sales, delivery, engineering, and project teams. Monitor client satisfaction, financial performance, revenue growth, and account health while providing market insights and supporting sustainable business development.

Build across backend, frontend and IDE extensions using agentic AI tooling, deliver features to spec with tests-first practices, and become the team expert mapping legacy ETL (Informatica/SSIS/Talend/IICS) to modern stacks (dbt, Fivetran, cloud warehouses). Ensure code comprehension, log agent failures, and drive modernisation patterns while meeting throughput and quality KPIs.

Lead end-to-end delivery of complex client projects, particularly data warehouse migration and AI initiatives. Responsibilities include scope, timeline, budget, requirements, stakeholder management, testing, data analysis, risk governance, executive reporting, and Agile or Waterfall delivery. The role bridges business and technical teams, supports client relationships and prospects, mentors delivery teams, manages multiple projects, and drives continuous improvement across fixed-cost and time-and-materials engagements.
