Lead and evolve the company’s incident management process, coordinating incident identification, communication, escalation, and resolution. The role designates major incidents, coordinates technical and business stakeholders, maintains service levels, and supports customer and internal incident reporting. It requires strong crisis leadership, communication, risk assessment, IT service management experience, familiarity with ticketing and monitoring platforms, cloud services, and the software development lifecycle.

Design, build, and operate secure, scalable cloud-native applications using AWS. Lead solutions architecture, infrastructure automation, cloud best practices, troubleshooting, and internal cloud operations. Independently lead projects, mentor engineers, facilitate agile planning, write unit tests, and provide technical consulting to development teams while ensuring reliable and cost-effective solutions.

Leads infrastructure engineering, operations, modernization, security, reliability, automation, observability, disaster recovery, capacity planning, FinOps, vendor management, and budgeting. Develops hybrid-cloud strategy and Infrastructure as Code practices while coaching the infrastructure team and partnering across technical and business functions to improve resilience, performance, scalability, and operational efficiency.
