Develop IP67/IP68 sealing, thermal management, and vacuum-environment solutions; perform ANSYS FEA simulations; collaborate with electrical, firmware, manufacturing, and quality teams; execute mechanical validation testing; and support sustaining engineering, failure analysis, obsolescence management, and cost reduction.

Processes customer orders, credit memos, returns, credit card transactions, and freight or international shipments. Serves as the primary customer contact through phone and email, provides timely updates, troubleshoots issues, and maintains strong customer relationships.
