Develop hardware and firmware for existing, variant, and novel instrumentation products. Own electrical design elements, schematic capture, board layout, embedded software, testing, documentation, debugging, regulatory compliance, and customer issue resolution. Serve as project engineer, coordinate cross-functional product launches, support vendor selection, and collaborate with international teams, Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and Purchasing. Travel internationally and domestically approximately one to two times annually.

Leads People Operations across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, compliance, immigration, policies, benefits, compensation, recruiting partnerships, workforce planning, and employee relations. Oversees HRIS administration, people analytics, process improvement, and reporting while managing one direct report and advising leadership on workforce strategy, compliance, and employee experience.

Manage the product lifecycle for vacuum measurement products, define strategy and roadmap, drive market research and voice-of-customer, coordinate R&D, marketing and sales, and lead go-to-market activities including sales training and portfolio profitability.

Owns the lifecycle and commercial success of a vacuum measurement product portfolio. Develops product roadmaps, pricing, positioning, profitability plans, and go-to-market strategies. Collaborates with R&D, Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, Sales, Marketing, customers, and external partners on launches, product improvements, negotiations, training, and service escalations. Monitors market trends, competition, customer needs, sales performance, margins, and KPIs to drive growth and long-term profitability.

Manage and grow a strategic OEM account by creating and executing long-term account strategy and plans, coordinating global cross-functional teams, identifying and capturing growth opportunities, aligning R&D roadmaps, negotiating contracts and frameworks, conducting executive reviews, and ensuring consistent CRM-driven communication and forecasting. Role requires travel to customer sites and delivering predictable P&L results.

Lead and build a unified Quality, Continuous Improvement, and Industrial Engineering organization. Create scalable QMS, Lean Daily Management, AI-enabled quality capabilities, visual factory standards, and training. Drive root-cause problem solving, supplier/customer quality, regulatory compliance, sustainability, and productivity improvements across global manufacturing sites.

Lead end-to-end SIOP for the ISS Division, owning monthly planning cadence and executive reviews. Drive demand planning, statistical forecasting, supply/capacity modeling, inventory optimization, and KPI/reporting development. Partner cross-functionally to align supply, materials, finance, and operations while improving forecast accuracy and operational decision-making.

Ensure supplier components and assemblies meet engineering requirements by managing dispositions, MRB, SCARs, and 8D root-cause investigations. Provide production floor quality support, run SPC studies, maintain supplier scorecards and quality program documentation, and perform periodic supplier audits with ~10% domestic travel.

Lead supply chain analytics strategy for the ISS Division: design KPIs, build dashboards, support SIOP, create forecasting and decision-support models, manage SAP-derived data pipelines, enforce data governance, and drive supplier/procurement analytics and continuous improvement across global manufacturing.

Manage strategic semiconductor accounts to drive revenue growth and market expansion. Develop account plans, provide technical guidance on vacuum and process solutions, prepare quotes, negotiate contracts, forecast sales, and collaborate with internal teams. Represent the company at trade shows and industry committees while traveling extensively to support customer engagement and territory objectives.

Build and maintain iOS and Android apps for HVAC/R technicians, enabling BLE, Wi‑Fi Direct, and NFC pairing with tools, streaming and logging sensor data, offline-first syncing, OTA firmware updates, and AI-assisted features. Collaborate with firmware, UX, and backend teams, participate in field visits, and deliver high-quality, performant, battery-efficient mobile software.

Lead product vision, strategy, and roadmap for semiconductor Fault Detection and Classification (FDC) software. Drive AI-first product development, partner with data science, hardware/sensor teams, and engineering to deliver edge/cloud/on-premise solutions. Conduct customer discovery, define KPIs tied to yield and uptime, act as product owner in Agile teams, and coordinate go-to-market with Sales, Marketing, and Support.

Lead and mentor an electrical engineering team designing high-precision analog, digital, RF, and power electronics from breadboard MVPs to production. Provide hands-on technical guidance, review designs and tests, adopt Agile practices, support component lifecycle and supply chain strategy, and help evaluate AI-enabled tools to improve engineering workflows.
