Develop and streamline purchasing, invoice handling, payment, and cash flow forecasting processes. Coordinate process improvements with finance teams in Åland and colleagues across the INFICON Group, support ERP version migration, and align finance workflows internationally.

Supports mechanical product modifications, troubleshooting, and new product development for scientific instrumentation. Creates manufacturable and serviceable designs using Siemens NX, prepares detail and assembly drawings and bills of materials, and collaborates with engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, procurement, and marketing teams. The role also supports manufacturing-related issues and may involve finite element, thermal, and structural analysis.

Supports the Finance team with fixed asset inventory, SAP reconciliations, accounts payable invoice processing, vendor setup and maintenance, customer credit follow-up, invoicing, balance sheet reconciliations, records retention, and other finance projects. The intern will gain practical accounting and business experience while applying accuracy, organization, communication, and time-management skills.
