Leads and develops an electrical engineering team designing precision analog, digital, RF, power, and embedded electronics. Provides senior technical guidance, reviews designs and test plans, supports products from concept through production, and drives Agile development, lean experimentation, cross-functional collaboration, and component lifecycle strategy. The role also evaluates emerging AI-enabled engineering tools and fosters team growth through coaching, feedback, and career development.

Partners with INFICON’s Americas sales leaders on workforce planning, talent management, leadership development, organizational design, employee relations, performance, compensation, culture, inclusion, and change management. Uses people analytics and HR technology to guide decisions, ensures policy and legal compliance, coaches leaders, manages talent and succession processes, and supports strategic People and Culture initiatives.

Partners with leaders and employees across the Operations Group to align workforce strategies with business objectives. Advises on workforce planning, talent and performance management, leadership development, organizational design, change management, employee relations, compliance, compensation, culture, inclusion, and engagement. Uses people analytics, HRIS systems, and emerging HR technology to inform decisions, while coaching managers and supporting organizational effectiveness and People & Culture initiatives.
