Drive occupancy and revenue across multiple flexible workspace locations by nurturing qualified leads, conducting high-quality in-person and virtual tours, managing the sales pipeline, closing new business, handling renewals to minimize churn, coordinating with marketing and onsite teams, and running local initiatives and events to generate referrals and meet occupancy targets.
