As a Tech Lead DevOps Engineer, you will architect and build deployment solutions, enhance CI/CD processes, and mentor a high-caliber engineering team. You will drive systems design, improve application monitoring, and foster a culture of collaboration and security within the team.

Own the tenant experience for a commercial property by designing events, managing communications, maintaining the tenant app, overseeing amenities, coordinating vendors and supplies, and building strong tenant relationships. The role includes event budgeting and execution, newsletters and signage, onboarding, sentiment surveys, issue resolution, and maintaining hospitality standards. Success is measured through engagement, communication quality, tenant satisfaction, and personalized service.

Manage the full lifecycle of meeting and event bookings, including lead response, sales, site tours, logistics, room setups, vendor coordination, day-of service, client follow-up, reporting, and revenue tracking. Maintain amenity spaces, inventory, budgets, marketing collateral, booking systems, safety standards, and customer sentiment programs. The role also supports AV troubleshooting, facilities issue escalation, leasing collaboration, and consistent hospitality standards.

Drives occupancy and revenue growth across flexible workspace locations by managing the sales pipeline, conducting customer tours, closing new business, handling renewals, and reducing churn. Builds relationships with prospects, brokers, business development, marketing, and onsite teams. Tracks forecasts, develops sales initiatives, supports new-location launches, generates referrals, and helps achieve occupancy targets through creative sales strategies and excellent customer communication.

Manage day-to-day office operations and hospitality for the Austin workplace: maintain shared spaces, welcome visitors, coordinate vendors and events, manage inventory and mail, support onboarding/offboarding, handle light administrative tasks, and collaborate on workplace initiatives to ensure a safe, inclusive, and well-functioning environment.

Own the full lifecycle of bespoke, single-tenant workplace deals across Europe: qualify client needs, source and negotiate sites with landlords/brokers, build commercial models and proposals, close transactions, and hand off to design and construction while retaining accountability through delivery. Generate pipeline when needed and document playbooks to scale the product.

Run tenant programming, communications, and hospitality for an office building. Plan and execute events, manage budgets and vendors, produce marketing content for apps/newsletters/signage, oversee amenity inventory and upkeep, build tenant relationships and onboarding, gather feedback and improve NPS/CSAT, and model CBRE/Industrious service standards.

Deliver elevated, anticipatory hospitality across private offices, cafe, and event spaces at a luxury flagship. Build community, manage daily F&B presentation, support members, and collaborate with the Hospitality Manager and partner teams to ensure exceptional member experiences.
