Handles accounts receivable activities, including posting customer deposits, maintaining ledgers, processing billing correspondence, resolving payment discrepancies, supporting collections, and assisting with accounting operations and process improvements.

Handles inside sales, customer communication, quotations, bids, RFPs, repair documentation, shipment coordination, delivery scheduling, vendor pricing, and warranty issues. Maintains records, spreadsheets, metrics, and electronic files while coordinating with customers, repair facilities, purchasing teams, trucking coordinators, and vendors. The role is primarily onsite in Camp Hill, Pennsylvania, with occasional travel to customer locations, trade shows, training, and business meetings.

Designs and develops industrial electrical power and control systems, including VFDs, motor controls, switchgear, control panels, schematics, and technical documentation. Performs short-circuit, arc-flash, load-flow, voltage-drop, and coordination studies. Supports production, procurement, quality, field service, commissioning, customer requirements, and design optimization across project lifecycles. Requires approximately 20–30% domestic and international travel for commissioning, troubleshooting, and technical support.

Develop technical and commercial proposals for power generation, controls, and distribution solutions. Design and specify VFD, motor control, automation, and electrical power systems; perform load calculations and motor sizing; interpret drawings and standards; and support project execution. Manage vendor relationships, negotiate commercial terms, advise customers, conduct site visits, support sales and business development, coordinate proposal stakeholders, and mentor junior engineers. Travel domestically and occasionally internationally.
