Lead end-to-end development and delivery of API-first web platforms using Laravel and Angular. Own architecture, API and database schema design, write tested production-ready code, resolve performance and scalability issues, coordinate cross-functional teams, maintain documentation, and mentor engineers to ensure quality releases and smooth handovers to production.

Lead development and execution of annual and multi-year fundraising strategy, secure and steward high-value donors (CSR, foundations, HNIs), manage end-to-end fundraising pipeline, craft proposals and reports, represent organization externally, and mentor the fundraising team to build capacity and accountability.

Support day-to-day accounting and compliance: maintain books in Tally, perform reconciliations, process payments, assist month/year-end close, prepare statutory workings (TDS/GST), track grant-wise expenses, and support donor/FCRA documentation and reporting.

Lead design and implement field studies, supervise data collection and analysis, conduct literature reviews, manage stakeholders and government partners, organize events, grow research community, and manage and mentor a research team to advance the Relational State Capacity Hub's research and dissemination.

Create visual assets and short-form video edits for social media, websites, newsletters, presentations, reports, and campaigns. Develop infographics, illustrations, banners, and event collateral; ensure brand consistency; optimize video for platform formats; support creative campaign conceptualisation and maintain multimedia asset repositories.
