Lead end-to-end development and delivery of API-first web platforms using Laravel and Angular. Own architecture, API and database schema design, write tested production-ready code, resolve performance and scalability issues, coordinate cross-functional teams, maintain documentation, and mentor engineers to ensure quality releases and smooth handovers to production.

Provide in-house legal expertise on India's Labour Codes and BOCW frameworks; advise states and welfare boards; draft legal notes, handbooks, MoUs, and briefs; track regulatory updates and build a repository of case law and administrative guidance to support implementation and government engagements.

Lead technology and product vision, architect scalable secure web and mobile platforms, run cross-functional engineering and product teams, implement CI/CD and cloud best practices, oversee data architecture and analytics, and collaborate with government and operations to drive product-market fit and impact for vulnerable populations.
