Manage and develop lead generation strategy and daily operations for a Pune-based sales and marketing team. Responsibilities include market research, audience targeting, messaging, multichannel outreach, lead qualification, nurturing, performance analysis, reporting, and team leadership. The role collaborates with U.S. and Pune sales and marketing teams, drives targets, and contributes directly to lead generation and conversion efforts.

Own end-to-end UI/UX design for conversion-focused websites, enterprise dashboards, internal tools, and campaign journeys. Build and maintain scalable design systems, use AI-assisted prototyping, conduct user research and A/B testing, and optimize conversion paths through analytics. Create sales and marketing assets using Adobe Creative Suite, while collaborating with leadership, international stakeholders, and front-end engineers to deliver designs from Figma to implementation.

Administer and maintain Windows servers, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, networks, backups, endpoint security, and IT infrastructure. Troubleshoot escalated server, network, access, and user issues; manage accounts, permissions, policies, deployments, updates, assets, and documentation. Support disaster recovery readiness, implement security best practices, and coordinate with vendors for technical support and procurement.
