Own ScienceFair as an end-to-end business and product, including P&L, global revenue growth, student outcomes, product strategy, operational scalability, compliance, and contractor management. Build sales enablement, operational systems, dashboards, and feedback loops while coordinating Indigo Research, Crimson Education, country sales teams, mentors, and internal operations. Drive product iteration across regional, international, ISEF, and LevelUp offerings, with potential to build and lead a dedicated team as the program scales.

Supervise students attending UN conferences, ensuring their safety, well-being, attendance, and timely arrival at scheduled events. Monitor health concerns, respond to emergencies, accompany conference commutes, conduct roll calls, investigate absences, and manage cohort communications through WhatsApp. The role requires coordination with program staff, completion of safeguarding and youth-support training, and availability throughout assigned conference dates.

Supports the planning, logistics, delivery, and close-out of international in-person student programs. Responsibilities include coordinating accommodations, excursions, vendors, student interviews, records, forms, dashboards, site operations, stakeholder communications, incident escalation, invoices, and post-program reporting. The role also helps develop scalable processes and documentation while providing on-ground support during program periods.
