Lead and supervise the HALO software development team: hire, coach, and manage employees; collaborate with stakeholders and scientists to define requirements; design, implement, and maintain C# desktop software; debug production issues; prototype and weigh design tradeoffs; work with support to resolve customer-reported defects; and manage project planning and execution.

Own and modernize a Jenkins-based CI/CD pipeline and lead migration from on-premise to AWS. Provision, configure, harden, and maintain SQA test environments. Maintain build servers and container images, diagnose build/deployment issues, integrate security scans and SBOM generation, and collaborate with development, SQA, Cloud Services, and Technical Solutions.
