Develop and enhance the HALO digital pathology platform using C#/.NET Core and C++. Responsibilities include implementing features, debugging production issues, designing data storage solutions, applying scientific models, evaluating system tradeoffs, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and protecting PHI under HIPAA requirements.

Supports software maintenance and support contract renewals, including preparing opportunity records, calculating quotes, sending customer correspondence, tracking contract status, responding to inquiries, and generating reports. The role coordinates with customers, application scientists, and internal teams, maintains CRM records, supports revenue initiatives and meetings, handles protected health information under HIPAA, and assists with special projects. This is a full-time, in-office administrative role with up to 5% travel.

Designs, executes, and documents manual functional, regression, load, and system tests; creates test plans/cases; logs and escalates defects; collaborates with Development, Product, and Technical Service; uses SQL and other tools; ensures HIPAA-compliant handling of PHI.
