Supports leadership meetings, board sessions, retreats, events, and external engagements through scheduling, logistics, agendas, documentation, and minutes. The role also coordinates with administration teams and improves executive office processes. Success requires strong organization, discretion, communication, multitasking, judgment, and follow-through.

Build and execute fundraising strategy for high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and foundations. Responsibilities include researching philanthropic priorities, developing prospect pipelines, cultivating and stewarding funder relationships, creating tailored proposals, coordinating donor reporting, conducting due diligence, organizing networking activities, and contributing to annual fundraising targets. The role requires strong relationship management, communication, analytical, financial, and presentation skills, along with extensive travel and experience in fundraising, philanthropy advisory, or high-value relationship management.

Lead ISDM’s digital and performance marketing across admissions, branding, and institutional campaigns. Own strategy, audience targeting, campaign execution, budget management, optimization, reporting, funnel analysis, creative messaging, and agency coordination. Manage campaigns across LinkedIn, Meta, and Google, using analytics to improve ROI, reduce cost per lead, and increase conversions. Coordinate with admissions, design, content, and external vendors while establishing campaign calendars and reporting processes.

Leads ISDM’s alumni advancement and placement agenda by building alumni engagement, chapters, mentorship, career programs, employer partnerships, communications, and placement initiatives. The role manages founder advancement support, alumni events, professional development, CRM data, dashboards, institutional partnerships, and fundraising coordination. It also develops relationships with social purpose organizations and sector leaders to expand career opportunities, strengthen recruitment partnerships, and support long-term alumni and institutional outcomes.

Supports governance, financial oversight, and program management for a Centre of Excellence. Responsibilities include tracking deliverables, budgets, timelines, risks, donor and partner communications, events, monitoring and evaluation data, reporting, meeting coordination, and cross-team workflows. The role requires strong stakeholder management, organization, communication, and project coordination skills, along with social-sector exposure and familiarity with M&E frameworks and data science concepts.

Supports research projects in development management from study design and tool development through data collection, analysis, synthesis, report writing, and dissemination. The role also involves project management, stakeholder coordination, knowledge infrastructure, event planning, budget tracking, knowledge collateral development, and capacity-building workshops within the social sector.

Provides intellectual and research leadership across ISDM’s Global Knowledge Hub. Shapes research agendas, leads rigorous multi-stakeholder research programs, oversees knowledge products, mentors research teams, builds partnerships, and translates applied research into actionable knowledge influencing development practice, policy, and teaching.

Leads ISDM’s integrated marketing, communications, brand, stakeholder engagement, and digital growth strategy. Responsibilities include strengthening institutional positioning, driving audience acquisition, overseeing campaigns and content, managing media and agency relationships, leading the marketing team, and establishing performance metrics, budgets, and governance. The role partners with senior and cross-functional stakeholders to increase brand visibility, thought leadership, learner acquisition, partnerships, and institutional reputation.

Lead integrated marketing and communication campaigns supporting ISDM’s institutional brand. Responsibilities include email marketing, audience segmentation, website and CMS management, SEO coordination, content development, social media, campaign analytics, stakeholder engagement, vendor management, brand governance, and marketing process improvement. The role collaborates with programme teams, faculty, admissions, placements, leadership, agencies, and external partners to improve brand visibility, engagement, and campaign performance.

Interns contribute to significant projects across ISDM departments, supporting the institution’s mission to advance development management and social impact. Applicants are screened and placed in departments aligned with their interests. Internships are on-site, require at least 40 hours per week, and may last 2–12 months. Successful interns receive a certificate. The role offers learning opportunities and a stipend of INR 10,000 for one month.

Leads ISDM’s strategic partnerships, employer engagement, and student placement ecosystem. Builds senior relationships across social impact organizations, develops employer pipelines, converts relationships into placement and partnership outcomes, and strengthens repeat engagement. Manages the Partnerships team, coaches staff, improves conversion metrics, and establishes structured systems for tracking relationships, opportunities, and outcomes. The role also contributes external insights to institutional strategy and represents ISDM across development-sector networks.

Oversee ISDM’s administration functions, including facilities, infrastructure, procurement, logistics, vendor management, budgets, official travel, and events. Lead the transition to a new campus while maintaining operational continuity, regulatory compliance, and cost efficiency. The role coordinates internal stakeholders, contractors, and external vendors; develops administrative policies and processes; manages assets and inventory; and supports organization-wide operations and events.

Analyze and manage public- and social-sector datasets across the full data lifecycle. Build ETL pipelines, AI-ready datasets, knowledge graphs, and analytical products; apply statistics, AI, and machine learning; assess data quality; and implement responsible AI practices covering fairness, explainability, governance, and risk. Collaborate with government, academia, civil society, and researchers to generate evidence, support policy and social-purpose organizations, and communicate technical findings to diverse audiences.
