Teams at Indian School of Development Management (ISDM)

Own and support end-to-end software initiatives, including requirements analysis, solution design, configuration, integration, testing, deployment, stabilization, and ongoing system governance. The role manages cloud and SaaS environments, infrastructure, upgrades, backups, performance, troubleshooting, vendors, and stakeholders. It also prepares technical documentation and roadmaps, ensures security and compliance, recommends technology enhancements, and guides junior professionals while delivering projects with limited supervision.

Manages the academic program’s operations, delivery, documentation, finances, digital platforms, databases, dashboards, and reporting. Coordinates faculty, guest speakers, teaching assistants, research assistants, students, and internal teams. Develops project plans, monitors deliverables and quality, supports learning technology, manages queries, and implements strategies to improve program delivery and alignment with institutional goals.

Provides executive and administrative support to the Founder, managing calendars, meetings, travel, correspondence, confidential records, action-item follow-up, and stakeholder coordination. Supports leadership meetings, board sessions, retreats, events, and external engagements through scheduling, logistics, agendas, documentation, and minutes. The role also coordinates with administration teams and improves executive office processes. Success requires strong organization, discretion, communication, multitasking, judgment, and follow-through.
