Provides guest service at a casino and travel plaza, assists guests with slot machine play and pay tables, makes change accurately, manages bankroll and company assets, processes payouts, and completes forms. Patrol casino premises to maintain order, enforce regulations, ensure compliance with laws, and provide a safe, secure environment for guests and employees. The role requires varied shifts, including days, evenings, overnight hours, weekends, and holidays. Officers must deliver excellent customer service and complete required background screening. First Aid and CPR certification is required or must be obtained within one month of hire.

Provides frontline guest service on a gaming floor, handles cash and gaming transactions, supports Player Club accounts, maintains slot machines and work areas, monitors guest safety and suspicious activity, and follows tribal gaming regulations, internal controls, and company procedures. Requires reliable attendance, varied-shift availability, strong communication, physical activity throughout shifts, a background check, and eligibility for a gaming license.

Directs all casino cage operations, including personnel, cash and currency controls, transaction documentation, BSA/Title 31 compliance, gaming regulations, budgeting, staffing, training, risk mitigation, reporting, and guest service. Advises senior leadership, develops policies and long-range goals, oversees audits and internal controls, and ensures accurate and secure handling of casino assets. Requires flexible availability for nights, weekends, and holidays.

Monitor the Plateau Travel Plaza property, maintain a visible security presence, respond to incidents and emergencies, enforce company policies, communicate with guests and staff, document events, and report hazards or suspicious activity. The role requires professionalism, sound judgment, reliable attendance, availability for varied shifts, an Oregon driver’s license, gaming-license eligibility, background and drug-test clearance, and age 21 or older.
