Acquire and onboard gold-loan customers through field engagement, referrals, promotions, and partner-bank relationships. Present products, manage customer relationships, support service delivery, and execute sales strategies within an assigned territory. Ensure accurate documentation, KYC, verification, regulatory compliance, gold evaluation, and balance-transfer processing. Maintain knowledge of lending policies, competitor offerings, and local market conditions while traveling extensively throughout the territory.

Sources customers for gold loan products through field visits, referrals, and campaigns. Conducts client meetings, presents products, drives sales growth, and maintains customer relationships. Ensures compliance with banking documentation and operational procedures, verifies gold quality and weight, and monitors lending policies and competitors. Manages partner bank relationships and balance transfer cases, including funding coordination and timely fund returns. Requires regional travel and strong communication skills.

Own and design AWS infrastructure, production Kubernetes and Docker environments, CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, and monitoring. Debug distributed production issues and partner with backend engineers to improve deployment speed, safety, and reliability. The role requires making infrastructure decisions, applying secure and compliant practices in a fintech environment, and using AI tools to accelerate engineering work.
