Manage daily operations of an affordable multifamily housing community, including leasing, occupancy, inspections, resident income verification, collections, compliance, vendor oversight, maintenance coordination, budgeting, and staff supervision. The role also requires fostering relationships with residents and community partners, enforcing housing rules and laws, and ensuring a safe, clean, well-maintained property.

Performs resident eligibility screening, income verification, rent calculations, and initial and annual recertifications for affordable housing properties. Conducts unit inspections, supports occupancy and leasing procedures, resolves resident concerns, maintains compliance documentation, and completes administrative tasks. Requires knowledge of Tax Credit Compliance, EIV, HUD Section 8, REAC, MOR, and Fair Housing requirements.

Conducts resident eligibility screening, income verification, rent calculations, and initial and annual recertifications for affordable housing communities. Supports occupancy, leasing, marketing, inspections, resident relations, documentation, filing, data entry, and administrative operations. Ensures compliance with Tax Credit, HUD Section 8, REAC, MOR, and Fair Housing requirements while coordinating with the Site Manager.
