Manage resident certification and recertification processes, verify eligibility and income, perform move-in/move-out unit inspections, handle resident requests, support leasing/marketing tasks, maintain compliance with tax credit, EIV, HUD Section 8, REAC/MOR requirements, and provide administrative assistance to the Site Manager.

Perform resident eligibility screening, income verification, initial and annual recertifications, unit move‑in/out inspections, resident relations, leasing/marketing support, and administrative tasks while ensuring compliance with tax‑credit, HUD, REAC/MOR, and Fair Housing requirements.

Manage day-to-day operations of a multifamily community including leasing, marketing, move-ins/outs, resident income verification, inspections, maintenance oversight, rent collections/evictions, vendor management, staff hiring/training, and ensuring compliance with HUD, Tax Credit, REAC/MOR, and Fair Housing requirements. Reports to Regional Property Manager.
