Administer biweekly payroll for 500+ employees across 100+ locations, manage payroll costs and general ledger reporting, perform payroll reconciliations, maintain 401(k) contributions and benefits, process hires/terminations and I-9 audits, handle garnishments and verifications, support HRIS/Paycom tasks, and provide ad hoc accounting and HR support.

Manage day-to-day operations of a multifamily community including leasing, marketing, move-ins/outs, resident income verification, inspections, maintenance oversight, rent collections/evictions, vendor management, staff hiring/training, and ensuring compliance with HUD, Tax Credit, REAC/MOR, and Fair Housing requirements. Reports to Regional Property Manager.

Manage day-to-day operations of an affordable/workforce multifamily community, including leasing, occupancy, resident income verification, maintenance oversight, rent/eviction/collections, vendor management, compliance (Tax Credit, EIV, REAC/MOR, HUD Section 8), hiring/training staff, and ensuring a safe, well-maintained community while reporting to the Regional Property Manager.
