Supports attorneys in civil litigation by conducting legal research, drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery materials, organizing case files, compiling trial exhibits, and communicating with clients and other parties. The role requires strong knowledge of litigation procedures, careful document management, attention to detail, and the ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Develop and implement recruitment strategies, partner with hiring managers to define staffing needs and job descriptions, source candidates through job boards, social media, and networking, conduct interviews and assessments, and manage candidate communications throughout the hiring process.

Manages the IT support team, service procedures, incident resolution, service requests, vendor relationships, compliance, KPIs, and staff training. Partners with clinical and administrative teams to provide reliable, secure, and responsive technology support across healthcare systems while driving continuous improvement and maintaining user satisfaction.
