Coordinates marketing materials, inventory, event logistics, provider apparel, swag shop operations, vendor orders, invoices, calendars, and charitable event support. Maintains accurate collateral and merchandise distribution across healthcare sites, supports trade shows and community events, updates Canva templates, and manages multiple marketing projects and stakeholders. This is an on-site individual contributor role providing both administrative coordination and marketing execution.

Develops and executes integrated marketing and communications strategies across service lines. Creates messaging, campaigns, and internal and external content; supports brand consistency; partners with clinical and operational leaders; manages multiple projects, stakeholders, timelines, and quality standards; and helps build scalable marketing infrastructure, tools, and processes. The role combines strategic planning with hands-on execution in an on-site corporate environment.
