Provides administrative and general accounting support, including maintaining records, preparing bank deposits, performing daily reconciliations, mailing checks, filing, scanning, and assisting with accounting projects. The role requires accuracy, confidentiality, organization, communication, and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment while supporting the Accounting Director and working with customers and vendors.
