Supports a high-volume music touring agent and client roster by preparing deal memos, itineraries, contracts, reports, invoices, and accounting materials. Tracks ticket counts, deposits, contracts, and final payments; communicates with buyers, promoters, and managers; and assists with research and special projects. Requires strong organization, discretion, attention to detail, initiative, and follow-through in a fast-paced agency environment.
