The role requires hybrid work in or near Tampa, Florida and up to 25% travel.

Marketing Manager responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing strategies across apartment communities. The role oversees branding, campaigns, lead generation, conversion performance, budgets, digital marketing coordination, newsletters, resident communications, events, and AI-assisted content creation. This position analyzes marketing metrics, audits advertising performance, supports on-site teams, manages vendor relationships, and travels to assigned markets. Multifamily real estate marketing experience is strongly preferred.
