Corporate Counsel will support the General Counsel across real estate transactions, corporate finance, contracts, claims, litigation, landlord-tenant compliance, risk management, and multifamily operations. Responsibilities include negotiating acquisition and financing documents, managing insurance claims and litigation, overseeing vendor and corporate contracts, administering the contract management system, drafting policies, and supervising outside counsel. The role requires a JD, active bar license, at least seven years of legal experience, and familiarity with commercial real estate, finance, housing, employment, and insurance matters.
