The Product Support Sales Representative manages customer relationships, develops proposals, handles sales administration, and conducts site visits for power generation maintenance agreements.

The Product Support Sales Representative is responsible for establishing PM agreements, promoting customer relationships, responding to proposals, and administrative processing of sales proposals and contracts, while ensuring customer satisfaction and communication.

Provide technical application support for power generation solutions: review design documents, create submittals and one-line diagrams, coordinate with sales/project teams, and communicate with customers to ensure successful project turnover.

Manage financial and administrative aspects of sales projects from inception to close: process POs and invoices, track inventory and costs, maintain project accounting and forecasts, report KPIs, and communicate with sales, accounting, vendors, and customers to ensure data accuracy and timely issue resolution.
