Transport customer vehicles to and from the shop, perform road tests, deliver parts as needed, follow DOT and safety procedures, and represent the company professionally during customer interactions.

Provide technical application support for power generation solutions: review design documents, create submittals and one-line diagrams, coordinate with sales/project teams, and communicate with customers to ensure successful project turnover.

Provide executive and administrative support to senior leadership, manage branch administrative processes, train staff on service systems, monitor service metrics and PM contracts, support cross-functional corporate requests, and travel to branches up to 25% for oversight and training.
