Provide technical application support for power generation solutions: review design documents, create submittals and one-line diagrams, coordinate with sales/project teams, and communicate with customers to ensure successful project turnover.

Manage financial and administrative aspects of sales projects from inception to close: process POs and invoices, track inventory and costs, maintain project accounting and forecasts, report KPIs, and communicate with sales, accounting, vendors, and customers to ensure data accuracy and timely issue resolution.

Provide executive and administrative support to senior leadership, manage branch administrative processes, train staff on service systems, monitor service metrics and PM contracts, support cross-functional corporate requests, and travel to branches up to 25% for oversight and training.
