Own the full product lifecycle, including strategy, roadmap definition, requirements, backlog prioritization, launch, and ongoing improvement. Analyze customer, business, and product data using Excel and SQL to guide decisions. Collaborate with clients and cross-functional design, engineering, sales, and support teams, while managing stakeholders, communicating product status, gathering feedback, and supporting sales and pre-sales activities.

Supports Technical Account Managers by maintaining accurate CRM, ERP, and account records; preparing client documentation; tracking action items and deadlines; assisting with account plans and staffing updates; documenting processes; and escalating risks. The role emphasizes execution, attention to detail, ownership, organization, communication, and reliable follow-through, with potential conversion to a full-time Account Management position.

Supports the end-to-end recruiting process through candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, employer branding, candidate experience, hiring reports, and recruiting events. The intern also helps evaluate technical and cultural fit, supports retention and development initiatives, and learns to use AI tools such as Claude and ChatGPT in recruiting workflows.
