Serve as the primary point of contact for clients' warehousing needs, coordinate and align 3PL operations to client requirements, monitor daily operations to ensure SLAs and SOPs, maintain accurate records, drive customer satisfaction against contract KRAs, and communicate progress and issues to clients.

Lead discovery and development of multichannel fulfillment products (WMS, OMS, Store Management). Translate workflows and SOPs into scalable prototypes and API contracts, drive sprint planning and delivery, own PRDs and documentation, collaborate with engineering on architecture, present demos to stakeholders, and contribute to AI-enabled capabilities to simplify operational workflows.

Owns the planning, design, development, delivery, quality, and production operation of high-throughput platform services. Writes and reviews code, creates technical designs, manages releases, troubleshoots live systems, improves reliability, and mentors 3–4 junior engineers. The role also requires system design, technical documentation, incident response, automation, and responsible use of AI-assisted development tools.
