Leads Drupal backend development for scalable enterprise applications, including custom modules, services, plugins, APIs, content workflows, data structures, and external integrations. Diagnoses backend and platform issues, partners with frontend engineers on cross-stack concerns, and mentors engineers through code reviews and technical troubleshooting. Requires extensive PHP and Drupal architecture expertise, hands-on Drupal 10 or 11 experience, and familiarity with Drush, Composer, Docker, or DDEV.

Lead client engagements to define AI strategy, prioritize initiatives, design and deliver AI solutions, guide architectures and ethics, and mentor an AI Center of Excellence to build internal capabilities.

Develop and maintain full‑stack applications using Python and React; design and implement RESTful APIs and backend services; build and optimize data pipelines on AWS; create and manage infrastructure with AWS CloudFormation.

Design and develop backend microservices using C# and .NET (including .NET 9/10). Implement API-first, domain-driven services, integrate REST and asynchronous event-driven components, model and optimize SQL/NoSQL data stores, and apply Azure cloud configuration and resiliency practices.

Manage end-to-end technical recruitment for India-based candidates: source using multiple channels and tools, screen and interview candidates, maintain contact databases, analyze CVs, and coordinate hiring steps while performing data collection and analytics.

Design, build, and maintain microservices using modern .NET (including .NET 10 and ASP.NET Core). Implement REST APIs and async messaging patterns, deploy and manage services on Azure (App Services, Functions, Storage), and design/optimize SQL and NoSQL data stores. Focus on performance using Minimal APIs and native AOT where applicable.

Source and engage IT talent across India, UK, US, and Germany. Build and maintain multi-region pipelines, identify candidates via market mapping and AI tools, conduct initial screenings, and collaborate with recruiters and hiring partners to improve sourcing tools and workflows.
