Lead implementation and transition of major customer contracts; own contract management, P&L, forecasting and KPI development; drive revenue, margin and process improvements; collaborate with sales, planning and procurement; negotiate renewals; manage and mentor the team; ensure contract compliance and high customer service; travel to customer sites as needed.
