Manage major aerospace customer contracts and programs from implementation through renewal, overseeing growth strategies, P&L, service levels, profitability, forecasting, contract compliance, and process improvements. Partner with Sales on bids and renewals, coordinate with Planning and Procurement to ensure supply continuity, develop performance indicators, and lead, mentor, and evaluate team members. Travel between customer sites as needed while maintaining strong customer partnerships and service standards.

Manage on-site inventory replenishment, receiving, storage, inspection, packaging, shipment preparation, and material distribution. Monitor production-floor inventory locations, communicate shortages and quality issues, operate material-handling equipment when trained, maintain workplace organization and safety, and support customer production requirements through accurate inventory-system transactions and timely material movement.

Leads onsite customer-site support for aerospace supply chain operations, maintaining and replenishing supply bins, monitoring stock levels, expediting critical needs, and resolving inventory issues. Coordinates with customer administrators, functional managers, suppliers, and internal teams. Provides operational updates, supports process improvements, documents activities, mentors team members, and ensures accurate data entry and customer service. Requires site-to-site travel, reliable transportation, Microsoft Office proficiency, and at least one year of JIT, VMI, or 3PO aerospace experience.
