Own full sales cycle for an HR-focused SaaS product: prospect, qualify, negotiate, and close deals. Manage pipeline in HubSpot, collaborate with marketing and customer success, and identify market expansion opportunities in HR tech and performance management.

Lead full‑stack engineering work to design, build, and maintain core product features (React/Next.js, Node.js, Firebase, GCP). Drive architecture, deployment, testing, performance, and developer experience. Mentor engineers, conduct code reviews, collaborate with CTO and product, support customers, and help scale the product and engineering culture.

Own demand generation and content marketing: create content (blogs, social, landing pages, emails, ads), run multi-channel campaigns (email, paid media, SEO, ABM), manage social presence, analyze performance, collaborate with sales/product/CEO, and iterate growth experiments.
