The Senior Software Engineer will design and develop backend systems and APIs, mentor other engineers, and resolve complex integration challenges in healthcare technology.

Manages customer billing, accounts receivable, collections, contract-to-billing setup, invoice reviews, disputes, reconciliations, and cash reporting. Supports revenue close, accruals, journal entries, audits, internal controls, and billing-system improvements. Partners cross-functionally with Sales, Client Success, Revenue Operations, Accounting, Data, Engineering, and technical teams to resolve billing issues, validate implementations, and improve quote-to-cash processes.

Leads accounting operations and a high-performing team, overseeing monthly close, financial reporting, technical accounting, equity, leases, assets, intercompany transactions, tax deliverables, audits, and M&A integrations. Serves as the Workday accounting expert, supports IPO readiness, partners with cross-functional stakeholders, develops accounting policies and memos, and drives process improvements through AI and systems optimization.
