The Senior Software Engineer, Fullstack will lead product development by collaborating with teams, owning projects from inception to production, and ensuring high-quality code and system performance.

Manage full-cycle, high-volume recruiting across business functions. Partner with hiring managers on intake and sourcing strategy, build pipelines via active and passive channels, screen and interview candidates, maintain Lever ATS data hygiene, track recruiting metrics, coordinate with recruiting coordinators and Total Rewards on offers, and ensure inclusive, consistent candidate experience while improving processes.

Lead technical delivery and complex implementations for strategic accounts, drive team OKRs and roadmap, mentor solutions engineers, serve as primary technical liaison for leadership and clients, and innovate processes to ensure scalable, high-quality customer outcomes.
