Lead multi-year staffing strategy and workforce management for Member Care, oversee vendor/BPO relationships, and drive AI-enabled automation and tooling. Own staffing models, forecasting, scheduling, performance metrics, and cross-functional execution while building a high-performing team and scaling productivity, vendor performance, and cost efficiencies.

Perform complex actuarial analyses and TCOC modeling on healthcare claims, maintain savings/ROI methodologies, generate client insights, automate reporting and dashboards, write and review code, and document methodologies for cross-functional stakeholders.
