Lead technical delivery and complex implementations for strategic accounts, drive team OKRs and roadmap, mentor solutions engineers, serve as primary technical liaison for leadership and clients, and innovate processes to ensure scalable, high-quality customer outcomes.

Manage end-to-end analytics for performance guarantees across strategic accounts: execute recovery and accrual analytics, build SQL-based pipelines and Looker dashboards, support RFPs/renewals with scenario modeling, partner with Sales/Customer Success and Data Engineering, and present technical findings to internal leaders and clients to mitigate financial risk and drive actionable insights.

Lead rebuilding of procurement and accounts payable operations, design future-state procurement operating model, own sourcing and contract negotiations, and oversee procurement operations and AP support. Drive Workday automation, improve invoice-to-pay processes, establish SLAs, dashboards and renewal cadence, and partner cross-functionally (Finance, Legal, IT) to reduce friction, improve controls, and deliver measurable savings and operational performance.
