Supports and enhances wire processing applications and payment systems. Acts as a liaison across business, operations, technology, compliance, and vendors. Responsibilities include production support, incident investigation, ISO 20022 transformation, data mapping, migrations, integrations, release validation, requirements documentation, Agile ceremonies, and testing across SIT, UAT, regression, performance, and conversion initiatives.
