Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow TSM/TSOM solutions for telecom service lifecycle, provisioning, network operations, CMDB and Discovery integration, event/alarm management, automated remediation, OSS/BSS integrations, and operational dashboards. Collaborate with stakeholders, perform code reviews, mentor juniors, and maintain technical documentation and release activities.

Design and modify floorplans for AV, video conferencing, IoT, and network infrastructure; collaborate with real estate, contractors, and telecom/network teams; attend space planning meetings; use Bluebeam Revu and related design software; identify and resolve space optimization issues within SOUP projects.

Lead end-to-end IT procurement and contract management, develop and review solicitations (RFQs/RFPs/SOWs), manage vendor implementations (COTS/MOTS), maintain tracking systems, ensure contract compliance, coordinate stakeholders, and provide project management and reporting to support successful IT program delivery.
