Provides customer demonstrations, training, application guidance, troubleshooting, installation and commissioning support, technical proposals, documentation, and sales support. Manages and develops technical service engineers, establishes priorities and standards, improves service processes, and resolves complex customer issues. Requires deep expertise in numerical relays, disturbance recorders, electric power system protection, integration, and automation, along with strong leadership and customer communication skills.

Designs, builds, and operates hybrid infrastructure platforms across on-premises and public cloud environments. Develops infrastructure-as-code, reusable platform services, CI/CD and GitOps workflows, governance controls, observability, and automation for provisioning, compliance, patching, backup, and disaster recovery. Supports cloud migrations, VMware infrastructure, identity services, hybrid networking, FinOps, and self-service platform enablement while partnering with cloud, security, networking, and application teams.

Design and implement SAP S/4HANA PMMO and GPD solutions for project-based manufacturing, material costing, finance, and controlling. Integrate SAP with Project Systems, manufacturing processes, and Deltek Costpoint while supporting Plan-to-Perform, financial performance management, stakeholder requirements, and FAR-compliant solution design. Periodic travel to St. Louis is required.
